Mutah , Zarqa Universities and IPARK (Business Park for Project Development) hold a Roundtable Discussion on Intellectual Property Status and challenges in Jordan

The event has two part:

part 1:

workshop lead by Dr. Mohammad Aljafari (Manager of IPark)  discussing IP issues in Jordan including

-           Overview of legal environment for IP protection

-           Patents Registration process in Jordan

-           Challenges facing small businesses in Patents

-           Examples of Patent applications challenges

-          Patents registration in international organizations

  Part 2:

Partners discussion about progress in project tasks

-          Develop common study materials for common courses

-          Review list of supporting references 

-          Discuss coordination between Mutah and Zarqa

-          Discuss efforts to obtain IP content to add to the Portal (Legal cases, studies, report.
